    HP 5343A Microwave Frequency Counter. Tested Both ports (Lo and High) and GPIB. Ref 10Mz out works fine, but input to 10MHz seems to have issues. Opt 001 and Oven. 10811 Oscillator.
    Above or around 20GHz, seems to read extra 350MHz for no reason. Maybe that the frequency offset needs to be removed or something like that.
    I have extra parts from another HP5343A and could send it for exchange the board that is damaged or the 10MHz input that does not seem to work properly.
