Vintage 1982 wool sweater women's, purchased on Nantucket, Med, hand knit, Cats!

I purchased this on Nantucket in 1982. I wish I still had the price tag, as I seem to recall paying a lot for it even back then. This is a gorgeous, hand knit, (I think,) wool sweater that is like new. I probably wore it once, came home to Florida and put it in the cedar trunk. I wish it were cotton, so I could wear it in Florida.  I have a picture of me with some shopping bags standing outside Nantucket Looms, but I do not know if that is where I purchased it or not. Flat on the bed, the measurements are; shoulder to shoulder=21", armpit to armpit=19", label to hem=20", armpit to cuff=19" armpit to hem=13". Would be a medium, although it could be worn as a really slouchy small or a somewhat form fitting large.
