Vintage dental medical instruments antique Rocky Mountain SS White Rower tool RM

Description

Here is a group of vintage dental / medical instruments made by three different makers: Rocky Mountain (RMO, Germany), SS White (US) and Rower.  These came from the estate of a former dentist who specialized in the making of custom dentures so I believe these would have been used in this field but I’m not really sure.
From left to right on the first photo: Rocky Mountain #112 (I think it is a contouring plier), Rocky Mountain #201 (I believe it is a 3-jaw plier), Rower (unknown tool # or purpose), SS White plier (USA), SS White (USA, unknown tool # or purpose).
The Rower tool has a lever that, when depressed, causes a cylindrical sleeve to slide down a small cylindrical rod.  The last SS White tool has a tiny pointed punch that aligns with a series of five small openings of graduated size that are on a rotating ring.  The ring can be adjusted so that the chosen size opening can align with the pointed punch.
